Replacing driver door window switches

How do I access the switches to remove from the door card? Can switches be removed from the door card, without removing card from door itself?? I am planning to get a replacement switch unit from a yard.

Having done this job myself I must tell you, it's a little more involved than some I replaced in other cars. To replace the door switches you have to remove the whole inner door panel, remove like 8-10 screws to remove a plastic piece inside the door panel then the whole switch assembly (window switches and mirror switches, can be removed and replaced.
