Installation of rear dash cam

Hi all. Trying to fit on a rear dash cam / reversing cam on the rear end of my Veloster. Don't think i can put it on the rear window due to the heating elements, and not sure how to remove the rear panelling from the boot. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks.
